Planning and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Prepare and present plans, charts, tables, and diagrams to analyze and communicate project progress and challenges.
  • Utilize industry-leading project management tools to optimize workflows and monitor project performance.
  • Ensure projects meet defined goals, milestones, and deliverables.

System Analysis and Feasibility Studies

  • Specify system requirements, evaluate alternatives, and assess administrative, economic, and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and propose the best solutions, considering make/buy, cost/benefit, and implementation practicality.
  • Develop policy and organizational change requirements to support project success.

Implementation and Monitoring

  • Plan, direct, and control system development activities within defined time, cost, and performance parameters.
  • Oversee the design and testing of systems to ensure they meet objectives and client requirements.
  • Monitor system implementation and operational startup, tracking progress against goals and milestones.
  • Evaluate proposed computer applications for technical, operational, and economic feasibility.

Communication and Reporting

  • Provide ongoing progress updates through regular reports and stakeholder meetings.
  • Formulate problem statements and establish procedures to address and solve project challenges effectively.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct final project sign-off to confirm objectives have been met and deliverables are complete.
